Pipes - The water treatment plants are on-going projects that Ryback will work towards ensuring they are managed well with proper oversight and accountability. The city is undertaking to upgrade the combined sewer system in established neighbourhoods but this project is inadequately funded.
Ryback will work with other city councillors to pursue greater federal and provincial investment so this work and the North End Treatment Plant can be completed faster.
