Always politically active, Ryback took a deep dive into the workings of City Council with strong engagement beginning early in 2021. He has appeared over twenty times before Council and Committees, identifying improvement opportunities and discussing solutions.
Citizens and business owners face far too much bureaucracy coupled with poor decisions. Service productivity is low. Policies need revision and greater adherence. Priorities need to be reset.
